Compatibility

As our quote engine is a simple <script> tag that you add to your webpage, and the majority of online hosting companies support 3rd party scripts like ours, you should be good to add TrueQuote to your website.

We have hundreds of installers using our script without a problem, on websites built by the likes of WordPress, GoDaddy, Squarespace, ExpertTrades, iPromote, DigiGuru and WigWag.

WordPress

Our quote engine works fine on WordPress and similar Content Management Systems (CMS) or blogging platforms.

However, WordPress admin panels vary from version to version and platform to platform, so it is impossible to know them all or list every instruction here.

With a standard installation of WordPress, when you edit a post you should be able to switch to Code or HTML view and paste in our script tag.

If you are running a non-standard version of WordPress with a custom theme, you may need to contact your theme developers to see how they handle 3rd party scripts.

Wix

Our Quote Engine works on Wix websites. However, due to the way the Wix platform works, it has specific limitations and requires a few steps to get set up correctly.

See the dedicated Wix guide for full step-by-step instructions.

Other platforms

If you are unsure of your website's compatibility, simply create a free account and try to add our script following the instructions we send you. If you run into any problems, contact us via our messenger window and we'll find any instructions you may need, or talk with your website host for you.
